Terms of Service

These terms cover sellwithjason.ai and the Jason service, offered by Alara Benefits LLC. By using the site or the service you agree to them.

The service

Jason is an AI sales agent plus a CRM, set up for your business. Plans are Starter ($299/month, 75 new leads), Growth ($599/month, 200 new leads) and Scale ($999/month, 500 new leads), plus a one-time $599 setup fee. A lead is a new, unique person who contacts your business; replies, follow-ups, repeat contacts and spam do not count. Leads over your plan limit are $2 each. Text message fees are billed at cost to your own business texting account. The monthly plan starts when Jason goes live for you. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime by emailing us.

Text messaging program

Program: Jason by Alara Benefits LLC. When you request a demo and check the consent box, Jason texts you about your demo and the Jason service.

Frequency: Message frequency varies. Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Help: Reply HELP or email sellwithjason.ai@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, and only use Jason to contact people who have agreed to hear from your business.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
