An AI sales agent for real estate agents and teams

Online real estate leads are fast to come in and quick to forget you. Jason answers within a minute, finds out if they're buying or selling and when, books a call or showing, and keeps checking in with the ones who are months away.

The agent who calls first usually gets the client

Buyers browsing listings at night send inquiries to several agents at once. Whoever starts the conversation first tends to keep it.

You're at showings and closings all day. Leads from your website and ads wait until you're back at your desk.

And most online leads aren't ready this week. Without steady follow-up, the ones buying in six months forget your name.

Questions owners ask

Can Jason answer questions about a listing?

Yes, using the listing details you provide: price, beds, baths, HOA and availability. Anything he doesn't know goes to you.

Does it work for teams?

Yes. Jason can route leads to different agents by area, price range or buyer versus seller.

What about fair housing rules?

Jason sticks to facts about the property and the process, and doesn't steer or comment on neighborhoods' demographics. You approve everything he's allowed to say.

How much does Jason cost?

Plans start at $299 a month for 75 new leads, $599 for 200 and $999 for 500, plus a one-time $599 setup. Extra leads are $2 to $3 each depending on plan, and never cost more than the next plan up. Text message fees go to your own texting account at cost, usually $20 to $90 a month.
