Jason is an AI sales agent service offered by Alara Benefits LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers sellwithjason.ai and the text messages we send.

What we collect

Information you give us in our forms: your name, phone number, email, business name, industry and any messages you send us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To run your demo, answer your questions, set up and support your account, and send the text messages and emails you asked for.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive texts, we use your number only to message you about your demo and the Jason service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is never shared with anyone except the service providers who deliver our messages.

Who we share with

Only the service providers that help us run Jason (hosting, database, messaging, email and payments), and only to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing sellwithjason.ai@gmail.com.
